(rough-hewing, wire drawing, electrolytic coating) are subject to constant
updates and implement a laser – based Computer Numeric Control (CNC)
system. This guarantees that the final result is in compliance with the quality
standards asked for by customers and formalized in a strict testing protocol
develop in a 20-years-long development course. The company awaits the ISO
9001 certification which will render official the achievement of a high-level
working routine which in fact is already testified by 1.000 Italian customers'
and many foreign distributors' satisfaction and loyalty.
Sales and distribution
Requested equipment is manufactured according to the
single orders and there's no significant stock, assuring the final user brand
new, perfectly functioning goods. Customers receive the final product testing
certificate and the raw materials quality certificate; if there's a new order
placement they can request to view a sample of the offered products. Polystyrene
and cardboard packaging are both available to suit different transport and
insurance needs. The wares are delivered in Italy within 2 days and to foreign
distributors within 15 days; in case any faulty good is shipped it is immediately
replaced.
